Selection (2-3 candidates)
Meet your pre-screened candidates and get to know their stories and areas of expertise. This interaction allows you to choose the suitable team member aligned with your company’s goals and values.
Onboarding Trial
Witness your new team member’s performance on their first 20-day period encompassing onboarding, training, and assimilation. You will be supported by our in-house team for any concerns as part of the package. Whether it's a little hand-holding, thoughtfully addressing concerns, or an objective review and assessment, you have a whole team supporting you and your team member.
Kickoff
Your team member at this point, should be a little more integrated into your business. Even with that independednce and empowerment, we will continue to work with you to ensure your team is supported. Challenges can be as unique as solutions, and we are here to give your team the resources they need to perform and amaze.
